Sling Level 1c

About this event

Sling 1c is for students that have completed Sling 1b or Sling Flow Basic. We will continue to focus on foundations specific to aerial sling. Skills will utilize inverts, crochets and more! Pre-requisites: must have taken and passed Sling 1b or Sling Flow Basic, OR have prior aerial experience in a different apparatus and can complete the following strength pre-requisites: -invert from standing in the sling on your own -bent arm hold for 10 seconds -10 aerial/inverted sit ups in the silk knot or different apparatus. example 10 knee hang sit ups from the trapeze. Momentum Aerial Refund Policy: If you'd like to be eligible for a refund for semester classes, you must purchase a refund protection plan. Paying this additional fee allows you to be eligible for a refund for the remaining credits on your semester pass, starting on the date that you request a refund. -the additional fee for a refund protection plan is 5% of your total semester cost; only available at the time of purchase or registration The refund protection plan ensures that you will receive a refund for any reason (minus the $ amount for any classes attended or have already passed prior to refund request). This refund can be monetary back to the original payment method, or in the form of a credit hold (monetary) on your MindBody account with Momentum to use towards future semesters or classes. Refund protection plans are only available for semester passes. If you choose not to purchase a refund protection plan and are no longer able to attend your regularly scheduled class, all your credits are available to be used towards supplementary classes for the rest of the semester: Open Gym, IT, AOT, Aerial Fitness, Flexibility, Handstands or Weight Training. Semester passes will expire at the end of the semester. We do not offer monetary or credit hold refunds if you have not purchased a refund protection plan. Momentum Aerial Refund Policy: Refunds are only offered in the case of extenuating circumstances, such as extreme illness or injury. Contact Momentum's owners Morgan or Joanie as soon as possible in the event that you would like to request a refund. Partial reimbursement may be an option, or credit to your account. It is also the right of Momentum Aerial to refuse a refund. Momentum Aerial will charge a $5 refund fee for credit card processing for any refunds, including refunds for mistaken purchases. Level 1a classes are not refundable at all. We have extremely high demand for our Level 1a classes, and have long waitlists for them.
