- ➤ Flagstaff’s Beautification, Arts & Sciences program completed two art projects in the Southside: an 8-foot steel sculpture Rustle at Cleo Murdoch Park (designed by Beth Nybeck) and a historic plaque at Murdoch Community Center honoring Dunbar School. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will invite community members to celebrate the work. City of Flagstaff
