HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Health officials warned that Arizonans were exposed to measles last week at a Phoenix hotel, a concert venue, and Flagstaff Mall—those without the MMR vaccine should monitor for symptoms like fever, rash, and cough. The virus can remain airborne for up to two hours after an infected person leaves—nearly all unvaccinated people exposed may become infected and should seek medical care if symptoms appear. AZ Family

- ➤ Federal and state health agencies are investigating 13 infant botulism cases from 10 states, including Arizona, linked to ByHeart-brand powdered infant formula from lots 206VABP/251261P2 and 206VABP/251131P2 (use by 01 Dec).
