- ➤ Flagstaff Unified School District said it will continue offering free and reduced meal programs for students—expanding supper programs to additional schools and students—to ensure nutritious meals are available. Arizona Daily Sun
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Coconino County received a $120,000 grant to build a new trail at the Frontiere property and will match up to $45,000 in cash or in-kind staff help—moving the project ahead. County officials said the project will improve local outdoor access—planning to start soon. Arizona Daily Sun
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Flagstaff’s American Legion will host a blood drive for the American Red Cross that will also serve as a Stand Down event — giving veterans and stakeholders a chance to learn about local services. Arizona Daily Sun

- ➤ On Saturday night, the NAU Lumberjacks bounced back with a strong 49—10 win over the Northern Colorado Bears at the Walkup Skydome—marking their 500th all-time win and improving their Big Sky record to 6—4.
