  • At 11:44 a.m. today, Flagstaff fire and EMS responded to Walmart on E. Huntington Dr. for a person who fell and sustained a head injury—officials say the location is approximate.  Flagscanner

  • El Tapatio will open a second location on Flagstaff's west side after eight years in town, with owners Manny & Letisia Gutierrez saying the new site meets growing demand.  Arizona Daily Sun

CRIME NEWS

  • At 1:54 PM, Flagstaff Police and EMS responded to the Santa Fe Apartments on East Route 66 for an assault victim with a severe arm injury—officials said the situation is under control.  Flagscanner
  • Flagstaff police stopped a severely intoxicated driver today at 8:29 a.m.—the driver attempted to leave the Safeway area on Highway 89 near Cummins after reports of a DUI.  Flagscanner
  • Today at 2 PM, Coconino County Sheriff’s deputies tried to stop three dirtbike riders (without license plates) on Colfax and Hayfield Rd in Doney Park when one rider crashed his bike while fleeing and deputies took one person into custody while calling medics (for injury assessment).  Flagscanner
