- ➤ The City of Flagstaff will start repaving parts of Cedar Avenue and West Street on Monday, September 15, with crews replacing damaged sidewalks, curbs, and asphalt—temporary driveway closures and detours will occur as work is expected to finish by early December weather permitting.
