- ➤ Today, the City of Flagstaff asks residents to complete an online survey through Sept. 9 so local artists can shape a new 3D art project at the East Cedar Avenue and North West Street promontory as part of the Spruce Wash Wedge Detention Project. - ➤ On Wednesday, the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office put several homes in Forest Lakes on pre-evacuation status due to the Sheep Springs Fire—burning 27 acres near Highway 260 between mileposts 286 and 291 and affecting Canyon Point Campground.
