- ➤ The Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol arrested a woman near Kachina Village on Aug. 10 after she allegedly drove in oncoming traffic and ran several cars off the road—troopers found her sleeping by a silver Ford Explorer, tested her with a breathalyzer that showed .299, and discovered the vehicle was stolen before charging her with theft and extreme DUI.
