ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Firefighters responded at 8:30 a.m. today on Tunnel Drive in Parks to a working structure fire that spread to outlying buildings but caused no injuries — officials from Camp Navajo, Sherwood Forest, Kaibab National Forest, Flagstaff Fire Department and Ponderosa Fire Department worked to fully suppress the fire and monitor surrounding wildland risks. ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Forest Service contained a wildfire sparked by lightning south of Blue Ridge—no structures were threatened. Arizona Daily Sun
- ➤ Firefighters completed most ignitions and reached 42% containment on the 9145 acre Basin Fire, a lightning-caused wildfire that burned Tuesday—located 20 miles northwest of Flagstaff. Arizona Daily Sun

- ➤ The City invites residents affected by post-wildfire flooding in the Spruce Wash/ Museum Flood Area to Meet in the Street events on June 25 and 26.
