CRIME NEWS

  • A Flagstaff detective was injured in a crash on Butler Ave—authorities are investigating the incident.  Flagscanner
  • Today at 6:43 p.m., Flagstaff Police saw a white Honda sedan—possibly stolen and linked to multiple incidents—flee on Lockett; later an officer spotted it moving slowly before it was seen driving wrong way near Butler on Fourth St with reports that it hit vehicles, and supervisors ordered officers not to pursue it.  Flagscanner
  • Suspects in a Flagstaff sting operation were arraigned this week—each pleading not guilty to grand jury indictments—and will face further court actions.  Arizona Daily Sun
  • The Flagstaff Police Department is asking for community help with a convicted sex offender, Raymond Desmond (ID: 1590647) who has been notified under Arizona Revised Statute (13-3825) and is not actively sought at this time.  Flagscanner
