- ➤ Flagstaff Police responded to a road rage incident on March 19th at about 12:30 p.m. near East Butler and South Milton roads along East Route 66, where a Tesla and a Chevrolet Cavalier were involved; both drivers sustained minor injuries and Robert Artherton, 33, was arrested for disorderly conduct, assault and aggressive driving—he sought care for a hand injury. - ➤ A Flagstaff Tesla driver known as Susan was attacked on March 19 when Robert Artherton hit her on East Route 66 after cutting her off, and his failure to appear at Monday's arraignment left her frustrated that he only received a citation instead of facing felony charges for his repeat offense.
