ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ A small plane crashed east of Flagstaff as its pilot was on a flight to Dallas— part of a longer trip to deliver the aircraft to a new owner in Michigan — and he was uninjured. Arizona Daily Sun
CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Flagstaff Police Department asks residents for help notifying the community about convicted sex offender Thomas Julian Woodall (Offender ID 2377894) in compliance with Arizona Revised Statute 13-3825; they are not seeking arrest and request questions be directed to the department (928-774-1414). - ➤ The Coconino County Sheriff’s Office is searching for three missing women—Junghee Kim, 54; Taehee Kim, 59; and Jiyeon Lee, 33—who were last seen on I-40 near Williams when their 2024 BMW rental stopped reporting GPS data at around 3:30 p.m. on March 13 during winter weather, and investigators have combed roads with dog and helicopter searches while saying no foul play is suspected. - ➤ The City of Flagstaff and Spruce Wash Flood Mitigation Team are building flood mitigation measures along Linda Vista Drive. The road will fully reopen for all traffic on or before May 23—coinciding with the full closure of the Fourth Street and Cedar Avenue/Lockett Road intersection as ADOT and the City start their Fourth-Lockett Roundabout Project.
