- ➤ Grand Canyon’s North Rim will partially reopen this year with popular spots opening on May 15 if weather permits — park officials said the phased reopening follows last year’s Dragon Bravo Fire that burned 145,000 acres, and more reopening details will be announced by April 1. AZ Family
