A Día de Muertos Story Told Through Dance

Created by Sedona Dance Project ’s artistic director Danielle McNeal Strabala, this 20 minute original collaborative performance weaves together dance, music, storytelling, and tradition to honor remembrance, connection, and the joyful celebration of those who came before us.
This 20-minute theatrical dance work unfolds as a story inspired by the traditions and symbolism of Día de Muertos.
Guiding us between the worlds is La Catrina, portrayed by opera singer Abigail Earthshine Fisher.
