Public Talk at Northern Arizona University: Buddhist Psychology and Mental Peace

Friday, Oct 4th, 2024 • Happiness and suffering are states of mind, therefore it is essential that we learn which types of mind create suffering and which types of mind are conducive to feelings of contentment and a sense of well-being. In particular, through training in meditation we can develop and maintain a peaceful mind which will be a source of happiness, harmony and good relationships with others.
